Room Reservation Application

Campus housing is available to students who have been fully accepted to the university and are enrolled in classes for the upcoming academic semester. New Students do NOT have to pay a housing fee. They are only required to pay the $200 fee as required by Admissions.
Returning students must pay the $250.00 non-refundable room reservation fee each academic year.

On-campus housing space is limited.

Resident students must clear the Business Office before receiving a room key.

The University does not accept personal checks. Only payments by Credit Card, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders payable to Florida Memorial University are acceptable.
